There are two main objectives of the Freight Movement and Intermodal Access in211u001eKentucky Study (SPR 98-189): evaluation of the access for trucks between 211u001eintermodal or other truck generating sites and the National Highway System (NHS); 211u001eand furthering the understanding of freight commodity flows throughout the state. 211u001eThis report summarizes the access evaluation for a cluster of facilities located 211u001ealong Bells Lane and Algonquin Parkway in Louisville in the KIPDA Area 211u001eDevelopment District (ADD) and KYTC Highway District No. 5.
