Network and Carrier Equipment Feasibility Study and Specification for Lietuvos Energija. Revised Final Report.

This report, conducted by Electrotek Concepts, Inc., was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency. The study reviews the feasibility of the Joint Stock Company Lietuvos Energija's (JSC LE) plan to upgrade its entire control and infrastructure. JSC LE distributes power to the entire country of Lithuania and is majority owned by the government. This is the first of a three volume set and in addition to the Executive Summary, it includes the following: (1) Introduction; (2) Glossary and Definitions; (3) Instructions to Bidders; (4) Communication Environment; Technical Environment. Also included are a list of tables and a list of figures.
