On the basis of the record developed in the subject investigation, the United211u001eStates International Trade Commission determines, pursuant to section 733(a) of 211u001ethe Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. Section 1673b(a)), that there is a reasonable 211u001eindication that an industry in the United States is threatened with material 211u001einjury by reason of imports from China of bulk acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin), 211u001eprovided for in subheadings 2918.22.10 and 3003.90.00 of the Harmonized Tariff 211u001eSchedule of the United States, that are alleged to be sold in the United States 211u001eat less than fair value (LTFV).
