On the basis of the record developed in the subject five-year reviews, the United211u001eStates International Trade Commission determines, pursuant to section 751(c) of 211u001ethe Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. Section 1675(c)) (the Act), that revocation of 211u001ethe countervailing duty order on sugar from the European Union would be likely to 211u001elead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the 211u001eUnited States within a reasonably foreseeable time. The Commission also 211u001edetermines that revocation of the antidumping findings on sugar from Belgium, 211u001eFrance, and Germany would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of 211u001ematerial injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably 211u001eforeseeable time. Further, the Commission determines that revocation of the 211u001eantidumping duty order on sugar and syrups from Canada would not be likely to 211u001elead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the 211u001eUnited States within a reasonably foreseeable time.
