This decision document presents the selected interim remedial action for the CBRP211u001elocated at the SRS I Aiken, South Carolina. The proposed interim action will 211u001econsist of a native soil over the CBRP pit and a vadose zone and groundwater 211u001etreatment system. The treatment system will be operated and evaluated for 211u001eapproximately 1 year with incorporation of the results integrated into the final 211u001eCorrective Measures Study/Feasibility Study (CMS/FS) which will include a 211u001edetailed review of remediation technologies for the final remedial action. A 211u001ecomplete description of the action is provided.
