This draft Environmental Assessment and Comprehensive Conservation Plan covers211u001ethe Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge and the Cape May National Wildlife 211u001eRefuge, collectively called the Jersey Coast Refuges. This document presents 211u001ealternative approaches for manaing these Refuges for the next 15 years. The 211u001epurposes of this document are: to identify what role these Refuges will play in 211u001efulfilling the mission of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the mission of 211u001ethe National Wildlife Refuge System; and to identify how these Refuges will 211u001eaffect the physical, biological, archaeological, historical, and socioeconomic 211u001eenvironments in which they are located.
