The overall goal of the 211u001e1994 Chesapeake Bay Basinwide Toxics Reduction and Prevention Strategy is 'a 211u001eChesapeake Bay free of toxics by reducing or eliminating the input of chemical 211u001econtaminants from all controllable sources to levels that result in no toxic or 211u001ebioaccumulative impact on the living resources that inhabit the Bay or on human 211u001ehealth.'
