The ESD identifies changes to the remedial action selected in the 211u001eRecord of Decision (ROD) dated August 12, 1991 (PB92-963919). The changes to the 211u001eremedial action announced in this ESD involve the use of air sparging/soil vapor 211u001eextraction to enhance the current pump and treat system required by the ROD.
