The report provides information on how WIC and Head Start programs can wok211u001etogether to enhance the quality of the health and nutrition services provided to 211u001echildren and families and to maximize use of scarce resources. It describes the 211u001esuccesses, challenges and lessons learned by State and local WIC and Head Start 211u001eprograms who are already collaborating, and will serve as a reference for those 211u001econsidering building new collaborations or enhancing existing partnerships.
