Pacific Coast Regional Coastal Zone Management Plan

The intent of grants awarded under Coastal Zone Management Act (CZMA) Section 309 (16 U.S.C. 1456b) is to improve interstate planning in coastal management through coordination between coastal states and between federal and state entities. The Section 309 Interstate Grant Program is administered by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (OCRM). OCRM's regulations for the 309 program are located at 15 CFR Part 932.
