This report evaluates the impact of the final rule for controls of hazardous air211u001epollutants (HAPs) in the Oil and Natural Gas Production industry and the Natural 211u001eGas Transmission and Storage industry. Total social costs are estimated by 211u001eevaluating costs of compliance with the rule and associated market impacts, 211u001eincluding: price changes in the natural gas market, adjustments in quantity 211u001eproduced, small entity impacts, and employment impacts.
