In this eighth annual legislatively mandated report, 1996 and 1997 DUI data from211u001ediverse sources were compiled and cross-referenced for the purpose of developing 211u001ea single comprehensive DUI data reference and monitoring system. This report 211u001epresents crosstabulated information on DUI arrests, convictions, court sanctions, 211u001eadministrative actions and alcohol involved accidents.
