This decision document presents the selected remedial action for the Cleveland211u001eMill Superfund Site, in Grant County, New Mexico. The Environmental Protection 211u001eAgency, the lead agency for the Site, has determined that no further response 211u001eactions are necessary to protect public health or welfare or the environment. 211u001eHowever, ground water and surface water monitoring, operation and maintenance 211u001e(O&M) of the constructed remedy, and implementation of the existing institutional 211u001econtrols (e.g., deed notices warning against the use of ground water, and to 211u001eadvise future owners about the risks of disturbing the cover and/or the 211u001eunderlying material), will continue to be performed at the Site.
