Residual Strength Test on Stiffened Panels with Multiple-Site Damage

In Federal Aviation Administration and the Netherlands Department of Civil211u001eAviation (FAA/RLD) collaboration, residual strength tests were carried out on 211u001estiffened panels with multiple-site damage (MSD). The main purpose of this test 211u001eprogram was to generate experimental data to verify tools to predict the residual 211u001estrength of such panels. In this report these tests are described and the results 211u001eare presented in such a way they they can be used to verify new and existing 211u001emodels.
