Meta-Evaluation of the Nordic Structural Policy from the Gender Perspective

The aim of this thematic evaluation is to assess the Nordic structural policy211u001efrom the gender perspective by conducting a meta-analysis of the main features of 211u001estructural fund programs and their mid-term evaluations. The framework of the 211u001eevaluation comprises a statistical description of the status of women and men in 211u001ethe Nordic countries, an analysis of the main features in the Nordic structural 211u001epolicy from the gender perspective, and the construction of an ideal model for 211u001egendered structural policy. The evaluation is structured by a few key questions 211u001ethe answers to which are sought by using a methodological package consisting of a 211u001eliterature review, application of statistics, focused group interviews, 211u001equestionnaires, analysis via 'the program facts', and meta-analysis of the mid-211u001eterm evaluations via predefined guidelines.
