Appendix 1 was created from INEEL on-line Administrative Record (AR) (http://ar.inel.gov). Each waste site within each INEEL Operable Unit (OU) (within each WAG) was researched. AR documents pertaining to each waste site were downloaded and reviewed. The most current information concerning each waste site was extracted from the reports and entered into a Microsoft Access Database. Some waste sites minimal information available within the AR and other waste sites have considerable information. Waste types and worker groups were assigned for each waste site according to the classification methods described in Section 6.0 of the Phase I Report.
