摘要

Surface and borehole geophysical methods were used to determine fracture211u001eorientation in crystalline bedrock at the Eastern Surplus Superfund Site in 211u001eMeddybemps, Maine. Fracture-orientation information is needed to address concerns 211u001eabout the fate of contaminants in ground water at the site. Azimuthal square-211u001earray resistivity surveys were conducted at 3 locations at the site, borehole-211u001eacoustic televiewer and borehole-video logs were collected in 10 wells, and 211u001esingle-hole directional radar surveys were conducted in 9 wells.
