The objective of this research study was to evaluate the performance of various211u001etypes of advanced materials available on the market for use in partial depth 211u001erepairs of potholes and spalls from concrete pavement. Three major material 211u001ecategories used for high strength and fast set criteria area: polymer concrete, 211u001eelastometric concrete, and cementitious mortar. Several types of composite 211u001especimens were tested from various patching materials. Laboratory compressive 211u001etests were first conducted for the composite specimens. Results were used to 211u001eselect the types of material to be tested for the performance evaluation at UCF 211u001eaccelerated circular test track. Six patching materials along with Type II cement 211u001efor a control section were identified. Fourteen potholes and two joint spalls 211u001ewere constructed on the test track.
