TIB is implementing the National Integrity Program, which has four components: conduct an initial Fact-Finding Exercise (FFE), establish Committees of Concerned Citizens (CCCs), establish Advice and Information Center (AIC), and organize National Integrity Workshops (NIWs). The broad goal of the National Integrity Program of TIB is to promote integrity and curb corruption in public sector service delivery systems in selected sites of Bangladesh through grassroots participation of recipients of public services. The specific objectives of the NIP are: To provide baseline information for strengthening the National Integrity System through a Fact-Finding Exercise (FFE). To assist formation of Committees of Concerned Citizens (CCCs) in selected sites of Bangladesh, which will serve as local lobbying groups seeking to curb corruption, instigate reforms and promote integrity in public service delivery system. To establish an Advice and Information Center (AIC), which would serve as a central clearing-house of information on the extent, nature and location of corruption in Bangladesh and develop ways and means of providing counselling to the public. Holding National Integrity Workshops (NIWs) in different locations of Bangladesh at suitable points of time during the program. TIB plans to organize a final NIW, prior to the conclusion of NIP, with the aim of drawing up a feasible action plan defining the tasks of various stakeholders in the National Integrity Systems (NIS).
