This decision document presents the Selected Remedy for buildings and structures located on the Horseshoe Road site and neighboring Atlantic Resources site, in Sayreville, Middlesex County, New Jersey. The Selected Remedy was chosen in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), as amended, and to the extent practicable, the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP). This decision is based on the Administrative Record file for these sites. The State of New Jersey concurs with the Selected Remedy.
