摘要

The local refractive index model on board ships (LBM) is a utility program for MS-DOS and Windows 3(dot)x developed between 1986 and 1988 and of use in radar propagation. This program has been rewritten and is now a free-standing program for Windows 95/98/NT. A control system is parallelly developed in which this model will be included. To facilitate the use of the physical model in different programs it is implemented as a program component in form of a dll (dynamic link library) for Windows. This report describes the input and how to call the output functions.
