Spel vid Foersvarets Krigsspelcentrum. Ett Civilt Perspektiv (The Defence Wargaming Centre. A Civilian Perspective).

Since its inception in 1994, the Defense Wargaming Centre has primarily been training commanders in handling military units at the operational level. The general military dependence on a civilian infrastructure etc. as well as the shift from war to crisis management, that has taken place in the 1990s, has made it necessary to include civilian functions in the games. In this report some crisis games conducted at the Centre are discussed form a civilian perspective. AN attempt is made to clarify the somewhat different roles of the armed forces in different kinds of crisis games.
