This report, conducted by Kellogg Brown and Root, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency to examine the feasibility of a national LNG supply project in Lebanon. The report contains information on design basis, site evaluation, LNG terminal design, major equipment and instrumentation, LNG supply and marine operations, safety considerations, environmental review, preliminary project execution strategy, cost estimates, project master schedule, economic analysis, financing, and future work. This project has the potential to produce more than $150 million in U.S. exports, with the bulk of exports coming from gas compression equipment, cryogenic storage tanks, control systems, cryogenic pumps, LNG vaporization equipment and engineering and construction services.
