Prepare Aquatic Databases for Linking to WDNR's 24K Hydro Layer

The objective of this study will to be ensured the following databases are ableto link to Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources' (WDNR) Geographic Information System (GIS) 24k hydro layer. This spatial layer, as well as up to 13 other spatial layers and these tabular datasets will first be put out in an ArcView prototype for a couple of watersheds. The next step will be to help ensure that these same datasets are linkable for the entire state and to document the procedures needed to link. Examples of these databases are the Master Fish File (MFF), Chapter 30 Permits, Water Regulation and Zoning's Engineering Study, National Heritage Inventory (NHI), Register of Waterbodies File (ROW). Helping WDNR's file managers link other datasets for mussels, macro invertebrates, Storet, Fish Management and Habitat's historical data and many others will also be done. Another objective will be to maintain ROW and MFF.
