Oil Discharge Prevention and Contingency Plan

This Oil Discharge Prevention and Contingency Plan has been prepared for BPExploration (Alaska) Inc. operations at Liberty. These operations include drilling, production, storage, transfer, and field maintenance. This plan is approved for implementation as herein described. Manpower, equipment, and materials will be provided as required in accordance with this plan. BPXA's approach to spill response will be based on the following priorities: Safety of personnel; Protection of the environment; Protection of facilities.
