This document presents the positive negative news coverage of the April 28edition of the MMWR on Alcohol Policy and Sexually Transmitted Disease Rates. The news stories analyzed were found by searching Lexis-Nexis and monitoring news Web sites r tough an external clipping service. Coverage reviewed was as of May 8, 2000. Electronic media was not analyzed unless transcripts were available. Ratings were based on the Editor & Publisher circulation audits for Daily and Sunday newspapers as of September 30, 1999.
