Detector Based Realisation of Units of Photometric and Radiometric Quantities

摘要

The Metrology Research Institute of the Helsinki University of Technology is theNational Standard Laboratory of optical quantities in Finland since 1996. Before this research was started, the realization of the units of optical power, illuminance and luminous intensity were established. The aim of this research is to improve the accuracy and the maintenance of the existing units and to develop methods for the realizations of the units of other quantities.
