The report contains a general literature survey performed this year within the Radio Channel project. The report starts out with a review of the development of the parabolic equation technique (PE) for wave propagation calculations. Some new works are also presented dealing with PE techniques as well as other techniques for wave propagation calculations. Further, some interesting radio channel models are discussed, in two cases also with tests of model software. Finally, a few papers are presented on new channel sounding equipment with interesting capabilities. Detailed conclusions and recommendations for future activities are presented elsewhere. The Radio Channel project started in January 2000 and is one of the basic fields of work at the Department of Communication Systems.
