Community Based Outpatient Clinic and Primary Care Clinic Reviews at Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania

The purpose of the review was to evaluate selected patient care activities to determine whether the community based outpatient clinics (CBOCs) and primary care clinics (PCCs) provide safe, consistent, and high-quality health care for our veterans. We conducted a site visit during the week of August 4, 2014, at the following CBOCs which is under the oversight of the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center and Veterans Integrated Service Network 4: Northampton County CBOC, Bangor, PA and Williamsport CBOC, Williamsport, PA.
