摘要

The International Research Seminar on Real Estate Management was arranged on 29th to 30th March 2001 at the Institute of Real Estate Studies with the topic 'Facility Management and Service Concepts.' The lecturers came from Britain, Finland, Sweden, and the Netherlands. They focused on property management, services, intelligent building, customer-focused approach, contracts, facility manager as a chameleon, physical work environment and housekeeping, and managing occupancy for a productive workplace.
