This report summarizes the findings of an investigation conducted by the Secretary of Commerce (Secretary) pursuant to Section 232 ofthe Trade Expansion Act of 1962, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1862 (Section 232), into the effects of imports of iron ore and semifinished steel on the national security of the United States.
