Sampling Analysis Instruction for Contained-In Determination for Groundwater inVicinity of 100-HR-3 Operable Unit

This sampling and analysis instruction (SAI) has been prepared to clearly definethe sampling and analysis activities to be performed to make a contained-in determination for groundwater in the vicinity of 100-HR-3 Operable Unit (OU). This determination would remove the listed waste codes from the groundwater. As a result, listed waste codes would not be applied the groundwater or to the material and equipment that comes into contact with the groundwater. The listed waste codes would also be removed from existing waste.
