The objective of this document is to describe the process and underlyingmethodology for the survey and unconditional release of excess heavy mobile equipment. The focus of this document is wheeled loader HO-62-4213 and small tractor HO-62-3979. The goal of the process described in this document is to provide a reasonable assurance that the equipment has contamination levels below the limits listed in Appendix A and as close to background levels as is practical.
