Calculated X-ray Dichroic Signals and Resonant Bragg Diffraction StructureFactors for Dysprosium Borocarbide (DyB2C2)

Low temperature properties of dysprosium borocarbide display evidence of twocontinuous phase transitions; it has been proposed that the first involves ordering of Dy quadrupole moments and, at a lower temperature, the second involves ordering of Dy magnetic moments. The latter has established by magnetic neutron diffraction.
