摘要

Electromagnetic theory explains all of the phenomena in smooth and uniform cases. The well-known originators of Maxwell's equations are Faraday's and Ampere's laws, which state the contribution of a stationary or moving surface to the electromagnetic field for smooth and regular cases. However, those laws cannot give the induced potential and current on the surfaces when a body contains environs, which make an irregular oscillatory motion, or charge and current distributions are non-smooth. If we add an a priori statement then the extensions are possible. Those a priori stated extensions add new terms to Maxwell's equations. This work reports the results handling the electromagnetic waves is media, which contain objects vibrating irregularly, non-smooth, or non-uniformly.
