This report, conducted by Purvin and Gertz, Incorporated, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency to examine the feasibility of a refinery and cogeneration facility in Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, This report, in four volumes, contains information on petroleum market analysis, configuration analysis, process design summary, economic analysis, environmental impact assessment and evaluation of potential USA value in project. This project has the potential to produce $143 to $204 million dollars, with the bulk of exports coming from manufacturing, engineering services and environmental services.
