This weekly report presents information on a number of topics. These include: Cigarette smoking in high school students; the prevalence of health care providers asking older patients about their physical exercise levels; neurologic illness associated with eating Florida pufferfish - 2002; and the advisory committee for the prevention of tuberculosis. In addition, it provides statistical data on the incidence of communicable diseases for the previous 4 weeks in the United States.
