Survey of the Education and Human Capital Needs of the Transportation Construction Industry

The main objective of this project was to identify educational and training needs for the U.S. transportation construction industry and identify the level of deficiency in the skilled workers and project management employees market. A national survey was conducted with more than 2,000 questionnaire booklets sent to highway contractors nationwide. Two hundred and eighteen responded.
