摘要

The Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP) was established in 1992 to provide a continuing program of applied research on transit issues. The annual research program is the foundation of TCRP. Formulating the annual program that is, identifying the highest priority projects to be researched in a given fiscal year, is the primary duty of the TOPS Committee. Projects to be funded are based on the TOPS Committees assessment of current problems facing transit agencies.
