This document focuses on the portion of Willis Creek, which flows through the city of Brownwood, Texas. The purpose of this study is to determine the most economically and environmentally feasible plan to meet the water and related land resource problems within the study area. This document addresses the economic and environmental feasibility of the investigated alternatives and recommendations.
