The following feasibility study reviews the Lijanovici Group's (LG) stated need to expand processing and storage facilities for meat products, because of the construction of a new industrial facility and gain loan for realization of the project. The prospective borrower, LG, has a principle subsidiary, the Lijanovici Meat Company (LMC), which represents the majority of LG income. LMC, at present, and in the immediate future, has a demand for products that exceed the capacity of the current facilities. This report describes the existing business and the need to construct a new meat processing plant, a new distribution facility and a new management office. Further, the study will describe the marketing, management and financial resources that currently exist, within the company and would minimize the risk in extending the loan. Although the financial statements and projections are based upon LG, the focus of the study will be on the largest subsidiary, LMC. The other subsidiaries within LG represent a minimal impact on loan risk.
