Agriculture in the Classroom is designed to help students, kindergarten through twelfth grade, acquire the knowledge needed to become agriculturally literate. Through various programs and resources, educators are encouraged to teach more about agriculture and the role it plays in our economy and society. The California Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom (CFAITC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational foundation, provides educators with low cost and free materials, training, and information to promote student understanding of California agriculture.
