Volume III describes the design and field data collection protocols used in conducting the survey. Volume III is intended for a technical audience who possess a general vocabulary and understanding of survey research and environmental data and sample collection. However, every attempt is made to clearly define and discuss the protocols. Readers are referred to Volumes I, II. and III for a summary of procedures and significant lead, allergen, and pesticide findings of the survey. Readers are referred to the Survey Data Documentation for a detailed description of the data files.
