HIV/AIDS and Minorities: A Guide to Federal Programs

The report provides information on agencies within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) that operate minority-focused HIV/AIDS programs and initiatives, and offers a listing of staff contacts and Web site addresses where users can obtain additional information on program activities, funding opportunities, and technical assistance. This revised Guide (2003) updates earlier versions, and expands upon the AIDS Guide to Federal Agencies and Resources, produced by the National Council of La Raza in June 1991.
