Certain Frozen Fish Fillets from Vietnam. Investigation No. 731-TA-1012 (Final)

On the basis of the record developed in the subject investigation, the United States International Trade Commission determines, pursuant to section 733(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. Section 1673d(b)) (the Act), that an industry in the United States is materially injuried by reason of imports from Vietnam of certain frozen fish fillets, provided for in subheading 0304.20.60 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that have been found by the Department of Commerce (Commerce) to be sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). Concurrently, the Commission finds that critical circumstances do not exist with respect to imports of the subject product from Vietnam.
