Access to Care among Rural Minorities: Older Adults

The analysis presented here examines health status and health services use (measured as physician visits) among poor and minority older adults in non-metro areas. All information presented in this report comes from an analysis of the 1997 and 1998 National Health Interview Surveys. Details concerning data elements and methods are presented in the Appendix, 'Method, Data Sources and Detailed Tables.'
