Development of Matrices Relating Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering Undergraduate Courses with Key Safety, Health, and Environmental Topics

This report summarizes the result of a new review of available literature to accomplish the following: Identify key safety, health and environmental material which can be used in undergraduate mechanical, civil and electrical engineering courses and grouping of this material into approximately 40 categories$ Establish approximately 10 course content areas for undergraduate mechanical, civil and electrical engineering degree programs$ Correlate the material noted in item 1 with the course content areas noted in item 2$ Present this correlation in the form of a matrix to facilitate the access of safety, health and environmental material by engineering faculty and the integration of this material into undergraduate engineering courses.
