The Commission instituted these reviews on October 1, 2013 (78 F.R. 60311) and determined on January 23, 2014 that it would conduct full reviews (79 F.R. 9276, February 18, 2014). Notice of the scheduling of the Commission’s reviews and of a public hearing to be held in connection therewith was given by posting copies of the notice in the Office of the Secretary, U.S. International Trade Commission, Washington, DC, and by publishing the noticenin the Federal Register on July 25, 2014 (79 F.R. 43509). The hearing was held in Washington, DC, on November 18, 2014, and all persons who requested the opportunity were permitted to appear in person or by counsel.
