Collaborative Venture Facility Design Analysis

This report, prepared by Development Alternatives, Inc., proposes the establishment of a private, independent entity devoted to fostering durable partnership relationships between Indian and American institutions in order to produce outcomes that have a positive result on development. The report contains a set of eight analyses that are based on 5 months of primary and secondary research and on interviews with over 70 individuals and 40 organizations in India and the United States. Each chapter begins with a statement of the scope of work, followed by a response. The eight analyses examined are Sector Analysis, Constraints Analysis, Participation Analysis, Lessons Learned Analysis, Gender Analysis, Legal Analysis, and Financial Operations Analysis.
