Operation BoatSmart Planning and Implementation Guidance

摘要

This document establishes the Planning and Implementation Guidance for Operation BoatSmart. This document includes all planning recommendations agreed upon by the major coalition partners. Each partner is responsible for the implementation of agreed-upon strategies within that partner's organizational structure. It is understood that some organizations have no direct authority over their members; for them, implementation of agreed-upon strategies will be through actively encouraging their respective members to engage in as many of these strategies as possible.
